What are the shipping options and costs?

  • Standard delivery within Australia: 3-13 business days
  • Australia Post can be hit or miss - lately they've been good, but just order now to avoid self-inflicted delays
  • Flat rate $12 or FREE shipping on Australian orders over $100
  • Use code ShipMeRealGood at checkout
  • International shipping calculated at checkout

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes - once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If it doesn't land in your inbox, check your junk folder first, then get in touch.

What if my order arrives damaged?

That's not the unboxing experience we want for you. Get in touch via the contact page with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll sort it out.

Can I return a Good Chat deck?

As a small business and due to the nature of our products, we're generally unable to offer refunds or returns once an order has been shipped. Once your order is on its way, it's yours to keep and enjoy.

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we're happy to provide a refund. Just reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@goodchatcards.com.au with your order number and reason for cancelling and we'll process your refund promptly.

I ordered the wrong deck by mistake. Can I swap it?

Get in touch as soon as possible via the contact page. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to fix it.
