Shipping policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you're based overseas and keen to get your hands on some Good Chat cards, send us an email at hello@goodchatcards.com.au and we'll see what we can do.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–13 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping: $11.95 AUD flat rate.
Free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship via Australia Post. Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are:
Standard / Regular: 2–8 business days
Remote or rural areas: May take longer
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Australia Post delivery times can vary. If you're working to a deadline — a birthday, event, or gift — we recommend ordering with plenty of lead time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.
Delays and Issues
Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend:
– Checking your tracking number at auspost.com.au
– Checking with neighbours or your building's mailroom
– Contacting Australia Post directly if the parcel appears lost or stuck

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@goodchatcards.com.au and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@goodchatcards.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll assess the situation and work with you to resolve it.
Our obligations in relation to damaged or faulty goods are governed by the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
