Refund policy

Standard Delivery within Australia

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–13 business days via Australia Post.

Flat rate shipping: $11.95 AUD. Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD.

International shipping is not currently available. If you're based overseas and simply must have some Good Chat cards, get in touch at hello@goodchatcards.com.au.

Refunds and Returns

As a small business and due to the nature of our products, we're generally unable to offer refunds or returns once an order has been shipped. Once your order is on its way, it's yours to keep and enjoy.

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we're happy to provide a refund. Just reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@goodchatcards.com.au with your order number and reason for cancelling, and we'll process your refund promptly.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not meet your consumer guarantees, please contact us at hello@goodchatcards.com.au and we'll work with you to make it right.
