Standard Delivery within Australia

Our products are processed and shipped within 3-13 business days.

Australia Post can be a real hit or miss. Lately, they have been pretty good - but if you're um-ing and ah-ing - just place the order to avoid self-inflicted delays ;-)

Flat rate of $11.95 or FREE for orders over $100.

International shipping is not currently available, but send us an email if you simply *MUST* have some Good Chat cards.

 

Refunds and Returns

As a small business and due to the nature of our products, we're unable to offer refunds or returns once a product has been shipped. So, once your order has been shipped, it's yours to keep and enjoy.

However, if your product hasn't been shipped yet, we're happy to provide a refund. Just reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancelling the order and we'll endeavour to process your refund promptly.
